Here are some tips to overcome anxiety before the EMSAT physics exam:

  • Preparing for the day before the exam: Prepare all the tools you will need for the exam the night before, such as identification, stationery, and water. 


By following these strategies, you can reduce anxiety and increase your confidence before your Emsat Physics exam. The key is good preparation, effective time management, and taking care of your physical and mental health. Remember that self-confidence comes from good preparation and consistent practice.
